Pros

- Growing company with opportunity for advancement - Leadership (CEO) that genuinely cares for all employees, their development, and prefers to promote from within - Headquarters is located in tech hub known as Dulles Technology Corridor (Reston, VA)

Cons

Some internal cliques in parts of the organization, but that's the exception and not the rule. Still, everyone strives for the same goal.

Pros

Awesome Culture, plenty of opportunities to grow in your career, great pay and benefits. The technology ScienceLogic sells is innovative and interesting.

Cons

Struggling to find problems with this company. Leadership could be better at communication on an intra-department level. Onboarding could have been a bit smoother.

Pros

I chose ScienceLogic because I could tell that employees enjoyed the work, believed in the company, and were treated well. After coming on board I can still say this holds true. In my previous experience, most workplaces are at least 75% ranting about negative attributes of the company and the remaining percentage positive, while at ScienceLogic I've not witnessed anything near this. After a year at the company I would put that closer to 90% positive. I think the great leadership has everything to do with this. The leadership looks out for the employees. Great benefits, adequate time off, very competitive salaries.

Cons

This is tough to complete. I think ScienceLogic has only a small amount of cons and none of those are unique to other companies of this size or field. Coming on board is somewhat difficult. For example, understanding where to find documentation, who to discuss things with, etc.
