      Excellent product Most employees are nice and friendly Benefits are good Salary is decent

      Cons

      No employee loyalty. Beware of senior leadership. They fire people all the time with no warning or notice or will force you to resign. If you are not part of the group they like, you can/will be let go at anytime. They struggle to make a profit and act like every deal is life threatening.

      Pros

      flexibility (hybrid work for office employees), pizza Thursdays, Bagel Mondays, work-life balance; awesome manager - actually interested in ME...challenging work and surrounded by really intelligent people. Culture is great..everyone seems to get along well.

      Cons

      while the work is challenging (which is good) it's a complicated product and you have to really be on the top of your game to understand "how it all fits together" and how your piece impacts teams upstream and downstream from you; like most places I've worked, communication could always be improved...the All Hands are great but long.
