The people - this is always one of the things people say, but here it's really true. I stay because I learn every day and thrive being able to work with smart people. Also - The way the managers and leadership have handled reaction to COVID has been amazing. Small company feel - you are more than just a number.

Cons

Now that we have grown to be a larger company, could do a better job at establishing processes.

Growth through COVID-19 is a testament to the strength of its people. CEO genuinely cares for its employees, and that trickles down through the management chain.

Cons

The product does have some issues that need to be work through, but that's normal for the software industry, so nothing out of the ordinary.
