Pros

Great benefits, great work environment. Teams work together to get things done, and it's going to be great for the companies future growth!

None to think of now, and I've been working here for many years!

Pros

Because of the company's growth and maturity, we are seeing greater investment in R&D and focus on big picture items. We're going outside our comfort zone with some of the initiatives so there is huge potential for personal and company growth. We have engineering advocates placed in middle & senior management positions who are bringing better balance to our priorities. Political capital is earned with merit. Because of the nature of the product you will be exposed to many different technical areas.

Cons

The current application of Agile seems to benefit managers more than contributors. Work can be overly task-oriented. Tons of technical debt to pay down. We are at least oriented in the right direction, but progress has been frustratingly slow.
