      -Executive leadership is great -Workplace environment (even remote the culture is great) -You truly matter and impact the business day in and day out -Everyday is a new and exciting challenge -Comp and benefits are second to none in the space/industry

      Pros

      Great environment, culture. Customer focused approach is important. This company has great leadership. Both HR and IT departments are friendly and willing to help with any questions related to benefits or IT questions. HR plans several internal events such as virtual yoga, happy hours, puppy adoptions through local shelters and much more to engage employees. CEO is very approachable.
