      CEO is brilliant Flexible work environment

      Cons

      The product is antiquated and extremely difficult to sell. There are lower cost, “cloud native” alternatives that deliver stronger results for customers. Leadership allows territorial politics and widespread infighting to continue. There is really poor middle management in sales and engineering, and a lot of unprofessionalism at company events.

      Disjointed Marketing - Recent launch was plagued with delays GUI is tired and confusing Poor execution in terms of post sales implementation. Employees are urged to write positive reviews on Glassdoor. Customer Satisfaction - many previous customers moved to competitors because they were not taken care of or forgotten Sales Leadership - new leadership started last year- not impressed. Overt sexual remarks left me uncomfortable. Great sneakers collection however. Lack of communication between Sales and Sales Engineering teams. Comp plan was less than most sales roles.

      Pros

      From day one I have been very impressed with how brilliant everyone one is here and almost a year later I still feel the same way! This is a great company with lots of opportunities to learn and grow. Great focus on work life balance with unlimited FTO.

      401K match could be better.
