Pros

I have been with ScienceLogic for a month now. Being a more Sr. professional, I have priorities for companies/environments that support me in being my best. It is one thing to have people tell you things about the company and another to get on the inside. I am so pleased every week at the support, the willingness to drive innovation, a superior product and customer success. They walk the walk and talk the talk. I am thankful for the opportunity to join such a talented team!

Cons

For those that can take the initiative, it is a great place to thrive. If you are waiting around for someone to tell you what to do, it might not be the best fit.

A poorly run company that has missed its window!

Pros

Entrepreneurial culture can be attractive. Autonomy is encouraged. Pay is good. There are some smart people here. Not much else to say, sorry.

Cons

Extremely confusing and weak market strategy. Dysfunctional and unprofessional interactions among VPs. Inconsistent messaging. Employees are being misled. The product is antiquated and irrelevant. They're chasing a thin window that has passed.
