      There is always lots of food.

      Cons

      Love the hype machine. Technically, the product is a piece of crap. Too many good engineers that know how to fix it have left. Most of those left because they were not valued.

      Casual and rewarding work environment. The CEO is one of the best motivators I have every worked for.

      Growing company pains but there is light at the end of the tunnel.
