Pros
Career-wise, joining ScienceLogic was the best decision I could have made. I had offers from larger companies who offered more money but, in my opinion, lacked the cultural differentiators I picked up during the interview process - which continued through the entire onboarding process - which was stellar. I've already witnessed the care and concern the leadership team has for their teams during the covid-19 pandemic - very supportive and highly flexible WFH accommodations. The future is bright for ScienceLogic
Cons
Only downside is lack of opportunity to meet my colleagues in person due to covid-19 restrictions. Teams calls only go so far.
