Pros

I've been with Scientific Games India for over 8 years, and it's truly been a rewarding journey so far. The company offers plenty of growth and learning opportunities, and you're always encouraged to upskill — the free access to Udemy for Business is a big plus. The office setup and ambience are amazing — modern, clean, and built to make employees feel comfortable. The hybrid work model offers good flexibility, and the benefits are thoughtful — including a solid leave policy, medical insurance that covers dependents, Employee Assistance Program, cab facilities, and Flexible Benefits Plan. What I really like is that employee feedback is taken seriously. Management makes genuine efforts to turn that feedback into action, whether it's about improving facilities or making the workplace more inclusive. There's also a focus on employee engagement, with regular fun activities and health & wellness campaigns that show they care about more than just productivity.

Cons

While things are generally great, one area that could improve is the commute support for those working regular shifts

Pros

- great place to work if you're not looking to advance your career in any way

Cons

- every level of management from lead technician to assistant manager to operations manager to general manager to human resources to VP is full of pathological liars, nepotists, ableists and gossips - much lower than average pay for the area, along with constant reminders from management not to share salary information with other employees, which is against federal law - medical benefits change every year based on the company that bids the lowest, reflected in outrageous deductibles and co-pays for even the highest tier packages offered - no sick leave; even if you use your (extremely limited) vacation days to "pay" for the time missed, you will still be written up, and management will berate you in front of other employees for having medical issues, emergencies, and/or surgeries - constant turnover (department has not been fully staffed for years) which results in constant mandatory overtime - absolute lack of communication from and between management, leading to inadequate training and conflicting procedures, for which lower level employees get thrown under the bus - work/life balance here is a myth; this is a company that will expect you to work 70+ hour weeks and camp in the building for days at a time during a snowstorm with a box of doritos, but will treat you like garbage day in and day out
