Pros

Many nice, hard working people. But unfortunately they stop caring after awhile.

Cons

Top management lacks strategy and consistency due to constant reactive mode caused by board and parent company's mismanagement. Environment of confusion fear, and retribution. Top management rarely visible, mostly work from their homes.
