      Pros

      I managed over 4,000 wireless accounts by myself. Everything from ordering to provisioning, warranty, inventory, international. I loved my job at SG. Loved my co-workers. They were a 2nd family to me. They took care of me and had my back. Benefits were great. My Boss was great. 16 years is a long time. They outsourced the entire Telecom Department to India. Only 5 employees kept their jobs. Our company split a few years ago and we were bought. The company hasn't been the same and it never will be.
