Pros

Company Vehicle, Company Cellphone, Good PTO. Job can be fun when properly staffed and equipped, which is very rare.

Cons

Pay is way too low, not enough technicans, forced overtime. Management either doesn't care or is clueless, work is piled on technicians while management just says "figure it out", despite most conditions being out of technician control. No opportunities for advancement. Was told to expect on call holidays, and only ever happened once or twice.

Pros

No pros. Can’t figure anything.

Cons

The worst company I ever had through. The management revoked offer letter at last moment even after discussing package and sharing annexure. No proper feedback will be given by managements. So avoid joining this company.
