Weak contracts with customers make the company suffer , the customers take a upper hand almost all the time.

Good decent job with a relaxed environment. Decent benefits.

Cons

Literally nothing new to learn if you've already got a few years of experience. Not many fun activities amongst the teams. Way too many layoffs, including upper management. Hence no job security. Salary increments not as good.
