Pros

Job security is very high

Cons

The pay rates are God awful MICRO MANAGEMENT BEYOND BELIEF Terrible pay raises. Average is 2.5% hourly rate. This year is only going to be 1% to pretty ,Uchiha everyone. However, management is well taken care of. Various OSHA regulation violations Hostile work environment Terrible hiring process (pretty much just have to apply) Short training period Management never leads by example Favoritism is huge here Management takes credit for others work and problem solving with zero recognition of employee that shares their knowledge. Starting pay is well below entry level averages Hires individuals with zero knowledge or experience and in one case learning disabled (not that it is a problem, unless they drive a company issued vehicle) Very little room for advancement

Pros

I joined SG Gaming at a difficult time, when there was a lot of change and uncertainty, but over the years I saw the company grow into a professional & well structured business, who were focused on their people, and rewarded hard work. The culture was open and non-hierarchical, with common sense playing a key role in major decisions made. I learnt a lot during my time at SGG, and was given the freedom to really develop my area and try new ways of working.

Cons

The offices were nice, but public transport was sometimes an issue.
