Pros

Good work/life balance. Good people outside of management.

Cons

They promote a family environment, when that is only true if you “party” with the right people. Any opposition to the company line, even if it is constructive criticism to help grow the business is not welcome.

Pros

I loved the people I worked with, they made work fun.

Cons

Corporate leadership lacks direction or ability to make decisions efficiently. Benefits are consistently gutted year after year. Terrible bonuses.

Pros

There is really no pros working at this company.

Cons

Layoffs twice every year, no hiring. Everyone is doing 3 peoples work. Change in management and business tactics every couple years. New direction and goals now and then. Executives waste money on non essential travel and customer pleasantries while employees suffer with nil bonus and hikes since 6 hrs of merger.
