Pros

Benefits are great, the people are nice and easy to work with. For the most part work schedules allow one to take off for appointments without stress, giving flexibility as needed.

Cons

The company, like any large companies that had mergers in the last few years is still trying to work out the growing pains. I don't see the company fully settled for a few more years.

Pros

With a renewed emphasis on building a positive company culture after the uncertain times caused by the merger, SG is a great place to work, especially if you have a family and need a stable job that allows you to see your kids.

Cons

You need to be able to roll with the changes if you want to work at SG. The organization moves at light speed to respond to industry trends and changing customer needs. That said, the company runs too lean because it needs to pay off its massive debt.
