Pros

Overall the company is one that has a great culture, great people and an overall good business. They do focus on promoting internal employees whenever possible, so it is a great place to start if you are looking to gain new skills.

Cons

the company is seriously lacking when it comes to paying adequate rates for a lot of their roles. Most, if not all roles, in various markets are very underpaid and there doesn't seem to be a whole lot of wiggle room in most budgets to account for salary increases that are needed.
