Pros

You get to develop games and see them in production environment in casino sites and Facebook. Team is very fun loving and cooperative. HR policies are good. Relaxed work timings. Evening snacks are provided Good hike and variable component payout. Cricket tournament is organized every year.

Cons

It's a factory for games with blr office just producing games on the framework. Very limited exposure to core game framework enhancement work. Only US team get to work on the framework development part and they will share the updated. Learning will saturate after an year. No onsite opportunity.
