Pros

Great benefits once full time employee. Easy work. Friendly co-workers.

Cons

Always a temp the first 3 months. Temps get less pay and no benefits. Point system where temps get 3 points, where as full times get about 20. Two faced higher ups. Expect you to know rules that are not told to you and worded incorrectly, or in some cases even excluded from the employee hand book all together. Very boring at times. Some "bright" co-workers will stun you with how they've seemed to maintain this job due to poor customer treatment and lack of intelligibly and coherent communication skills.

Pros

The ground level employees, the SW's, the designers are amazing people.

Cons

1. One of the worst level of management by the senior tech people. 2. Offshore managers bully others and make false judgments about work. 3. Tech Directors don't listen to the employees about the problems instead, ignore them by supporting their favoritism. 4. There are constant miscommunication and false accusations and making fun of the employees are the norm.
