Pros

Used to work for a really great company which got bought out by SG. Work is easy if its an avg day. Company vehicle

Cons

24/7 On Call 7 days in a row, 15 days a month. Managers not required to help in rotation even in their area even though it is a service industry. Micromanage every aspect of your day. Vehicle tracking and point system so if you do 1MPH over the limit you get points which eventually get you reprimanded and fired.

Pros

The compensation is good and benefits are competitive. The Company continues to grow with mergers.

Cons

The company continues to grow with merger at the expense of good employees that are still not valued. There is a lack of professional growth opportunities, work-life balance is not a priority. Employee value is different from department to department but until competent updated management gets in place - things will not change.
