Pros

1. Most of the people are really fun and friendly and that makes it easy to work with them. 2. Being a product company you get a lot exposure to all parts of applications from development to deployment.

Cons

1. The technology stack is quite old but the company is catching up with the latest ones. 2. A few people are really tough to work with because of their attitude and general behaviour. These are generally the folks who got promoted from technical roles to management roles without much training or they were just not made for the role.

Good learning opportunities and salary. But management is struggling.

Pros

1. Best part is, seniors are very knowledgeable. So one can learn a lot, if he is joining in mid of their career. 2. Payscales are good. 3. Uses latest technology.

Cons

1. Stuck with work culture of Bally and expecting people to work for long term even if they are unsatisfied. Things are changing, people has no shortage of jobs and company has no shortage of people. So for mutual interest both need to support each other. 2. Employees are loosing trust because of past firings. 3. Not providing technical training. Its wrong, if company thinks every one is always occupied, a lot of time after builds, people have free time to waste. Instead company can involve them in technical training to increase resource availability. But currently technical training are restricted to teams involved in certain project.
