Pros

Working with current technologies in the market. Always surrounded by passionate people having the hunger to learn and explore. Flexible work timings You get ample opportunity to enhance your skills as you work. Evening snacks that worth for a mini dinner. Research and Development opportunity.

Cons

Politics as usual like other companies. Utilization of resources is not 100%. I personally feel most of teams don't have work through out the year
