I recently left this company after experiencing mental stress for more than 6 months. It was the worst company in my career. The company had become hire and fire company in recent times. I was hired for a particular position and after joining they said their existing resource has been added to handle the role I was hired for. After months of no proper communication on work, I was forced to take opportunities elsewhere. Clearly the worst phase of my career. I had one more close colleague of mine who faced similar issue. I would advise any new joiner to think twice before joining this place.
