Pros

Good pay, remote work, some good people to work with, occasional bonus for highly successful projects

Cons

Poor benefits, no advancement, outdated technology stack, management too busy looking out for themselves instead of the people doing the work

Pros

Opportunities to earn a lot of money. Very nice break room/cafeteria.

Cons

Not a lot of room to move up unless you know someone. Departments are guarded. Lots of work politics. Work hours a long. Lots of OT for hourly but just crazy hours for salary.

Pros

Decent pay by Vegas standards

Cons

end of creativity, focus is just on revenue even at the cost of quality. Immigration team is a nightmare to deal with. Promotions dont depend on your performance, they are given only if they have a budget irrespective of how hard you worked.
