Pros

Benefits for full time employees Vacation days and a 12 point system

Cons

Micro Management. There is still a revolving door there. The pay raises are sad. A multi million dollar company and employees working there for over 5 years are barely making 14.50. It seems they don't care. They just want a body in the seat to answer the calls from the retailers. Moving up something you shouldn't expect.
