I have a full-time job

Cons

communication is minimum to zero; depending on which department you ask, the CEO is hiring former acquittances and it has become the "good ol buddy" system; voiced concerns are not listened to; moral and ethics is a big question for this company; have not received bonuses the past 3 years; big promises, no follow through; expected to take on others work with no monetary compensation.

No actual direction for where the company is going. Losing a lot of money and no signs of turning around.
