Incredible onboarding and hands on training, even in a hybrid role. Getting to meet the CEO and executive team right away makes the work feel personal and truly valued. Also there is clear communication from leadership and a team that truly cares about your success.

Cons

Like with any job, priorities shift quickly, but leadership is always very supportive and understanding.

Scoot has the most thorough and robust training program I have had at any job! Everyone who works here is incredibly helpful and friendly. I appreciate that they hire former teachers and invest in their employees!!

Cons

Scoot is still expanding so they are not yet working in every region.
