Challenging airline environment, staff will definitely learn a lot on how an airline is run. People are nice, flight and cabin crew included, makes you feel at home and appreciated. Management is tough but fair on staff in terms of performance reviews. Willing to accept mistakes made (failed re-branding etc) and learn from there.

Cons

Low basic salary (probably below market rate for given years of experience), non-existant bonus as company practices no 13-month bonus. Very short of manpower, staff often have to do roles of 2 to 3 people
