Pros

Fun and inclusive atmosphere. Crew members are usually more than willing to guide and/or help out, it was really like 1 big team working together. Creativity is encouraged and the senior cabin crew & flight crew on board is always protective of the team if reason is on our side, and especially where safety is concerned.

Cons

Standby starting on 00:00 on the day after medical leave. If I were sick at 22:00 on Monday, I think it is quite silly to put the crew on standby on Tues, 00:00 & assume that he/she is well enough to operate.
