Pros

fun job day to day, however you have to make sure you go with the right franchise.

Cons

the pay, not just for management but the barista pay is incredibly low, and they say tips but they are minimal, even when they are good.

Pros

You can get some decent barista experience here. Learn recipe skills. The little bit of experience you can gather here makes it a lot easier to get hired at other coffee shops.

Cons

Pay isn’t great. They expect you to do so much, for so little. Training isn’t great. Not many opportunities for growth. Lack of help from upper management. Lack of opportunities to speak with higher management as well. When I left the new store manager created an incredibly toxic work environment, that even when pointing out to higher management the team members got met with dismissal.
