Pros

It was a job for eleven years and my fellow team members were good to work with as they tried to their best under poor managers.

Cons

The call centre was a health hazard with high level of stress, most of the team managers looked at the staff as low life and some one to blame for their errors.

Pay, sickness and share save are competitive for the job you do.

Cons

Poor management and new system introduction on top off staff reduction in energy retail make it an extremely stressful and unpleasant place to work.

Pros

Good work life balance Good salary

Cons

So many re-structures in the last few years have left me feeling out of place Some corporate decisions being made have made no sense to me as the Spanish owners restructure the business New SAP deployment could be a disaster
