Pros

Great company to work for, SP generates only renewable energy and leads the UK energy transition. Also have a competative benefits package for an organisation of this size.

Cons

Big 6 status means media reputation is not accurate i.e. assumes company profits come from customers while retail margins are actually extremely small. Profits are generated from regulated and renewables business and reinvested in future infrastructure projects which contribute positively to Net Zero targets.

Pros

Nice office, reasonable pay, good values

Cons

Not all graduates get to rotate around business areas. Some can be placed in a job and stuck there. Poor investment in technology
