Pros

Nice colleagues and mostly friendly atmosphere Good benefits and salaries Good office location, good canteen and Costa coffee Good communication from the top senior management levels, eg. CEO level

Cons

Micromanagement, top down management style in some departments. A lot of colleagues went off with stress but nothing done to change anything even though department widely known for it. Lack of communication and support in some departments. You see the same people getting all the good opportunities. A lot about who you know to progress. Not much development opportunity, resistance to putting you through training courses.
