Pros

There are a lot of opportunities developing within Scottish Power given the many billions of pounds investment. They offer a good work / life balance with a decent high salary relative to the local economy. Good central Scotland locations to work with a friendly culture.

Cons

The work at Scottish Power can be repetitive and the processes slow and cumbersome. Some of the engineers can have a negative outlook and be on the defensive.

Pros

Got an insight into the energy market, I now understand how the energy market works and will never be ripped off again

Cons

Horrible to work for if its through a 3rd party as it usually is. Over complient on things that dont matter and then turn a blind eye to the things that do
