Pros

Friendly managment and good training

Cons

There was many downsides working for scottish power, although the training was great, i think 4 weeks was definitely not enough. I simply did not feel well prepared to go on to the phones. There was to many statistics to adhere to which were unrealistic when dealing with a variety of customers on a daily basis. Customers can be rude, irate and down right derogatory which can make the job very difficult when continually trying to keep a positive demeanour.
