Pros

Salary was agreeable and fellow colleagues were sociable and friendly. The job was given after training was given to ensure employee had an understanding of the company system.

Cons

Shift hours were not alwayz agreeable and many targets had to be achieved in a small timescale. Overally the wage could be increased.

Pros

Flexible hours, Sponsoring charity events,

Cons

This company is managed , and in particular offshore renewable, in monumental scale. The management system is extremely hierarchical and every single detailed is being dictated by Iberdrola. The top roles are limited to highly paid Spanish Ex-Pats , with often next to nothing experience on job. The promotions are not based on the skills or experience and pretty much depends on who you know in the management structure.
