Pros

Fair salary for most grades, generous holiday allowance with relatively good working hours and a good pension contribution scheme.

Cons

Unless a big project is ongoing, which only happens once every few years, the development opportunities are few and far between.

Pros

Salaries match or exceed market rate, great benefits, excellent pension scheme, flexible working arrangements available.

Cons

SP are owned by a Spanish company, Iberdrola, and this can make decision making a long frustrating process. Nothing can be done without approval from Iberdrola.

Pros

Cons

Not a progressive company not investing in the energy market or new power plant Treated like slaves not interested in the workers and how they are treating those that are being made redundant
