      The longer you stay, the better the pay

      Pros

      Many job opportunities as the business is huge. Many arms to the business meaning variety of roles (networks, renewables, corporate...) Once you pass 5 years service, you pay should increase and conditions imrpove as you climb the grades' ladder. Work stability - due to abundance of work in the pipeline.

      Cons

      Minimal training provided Career development depends on employee. Some line managres not trained and experienced enough in leadership and may have a negative impact.

      It's fine- not the best and not the worst

      - Some WFH options - Relatively flexible - Majority of people are nice and helpful

      Cons

      - Work moves very slowly so getting job satisfaction is hard -Same salary and benefits at PLUS car/allowance at competitor companies - Different WFH policies for people working under the same parts of the business create some resentment
