Relaxed, good people and culture, flexible options

Cons

The fact that the company is owned by Iberdrola takes away most flexibility you could enjoy somewhere else. Processes and ways of working are told, not discussed. Very slow and unclear career development options. Just like any big company, politics is what makes you move up the ladder, not necessarily your qualifications.
