Pros

Great exposure as they will often have you work well above your pay grade! I say I’m meetings with band 6 staff who you’d be lucky if they could tie their lace let alone run a team!

Cons

Held back, just a number, massively overworked whilst ridiculously underpaid! Iberdrola destroyed this company, morale and ethos.

Pros

I guess the hybrid working

Cons

Although the company name is Scottish Power they are, in fact, just a subsidiary of Iberdrola and it shows that they are a subsidiary as the head office dictates policy, processes, tooling and organisational structure with no regard or consultation with Scottish Power. If you have any interest in Agility then avoid Scottish Power.
