Pros

Workforce in ScottishPower is great, everyone is really friendly and approachable. Great team with good opportunities for progresssion and a range of additional activities to get involved in.

Cons

Difficult to push change as constrained by senior level politics and beaurocracy

Pros

Worked from 1998 to 2022. Good salary and pension and good ranged of benefits that could be accessed.

Cons

Company has gone from offering voluntary redundancy nearly every year to making 300 people (compulsory) redundant with the last leaving Dec 2022. The way they treat people now shows that the company is all about numbers and not people.
