      career growth is here because you can work on many onsite projects. Flexible work timing. CEO is very nice and cooperative.

      Pros

      Amicable colleagues, the approachable leadership team and work-life balance are some of the reason. Great seniors, flexible time and a positive atmosphere to work.

      Cons

      It has hardly been a couple of months for me in scottline and as of now, I cannot think of cons or have not come across one. But management should be active. Organised some activity team work for employees.
