Pros

Flexible work options. Good chance to work with emerging technologies as you can be deputed to client site. It can be risky to join but it is worth it if you want to grow further in career.

Cons

No process and everything happens in a chaotic manner. HR needs to be more employee friendly. Salary credited late at times.

lazy management and lazy HR's they credit salaries 11th or 12th..... they deduct PF from employee but they didn't give PF a/c Number they deduct performance linked bonus, statutory bonus and LTA but they didn't give back when employee left job

Cons

This company suitable for only who are trying with fake exp. i didn't suggest for who have original exp
