      Pros

      While working for the company I found it to have a Reliable supply chain, good training in advance of sales, good company values. There are many things that would lead me to recommend employment with the company.

      Cons

      Compensation for the work was good, and independence was much appreciated. However, I wish i had made more money during the time working with them.

      no notice in layoff, you dont get promoted. also no bennys.

      Thank you for your honest feedback. Scotts does run sales incentives and we do offer full time positions and upward mobility to our sales staff. Our goal is to have seasonal staff return year over year and when appropriate convert to full time based on merit.
