      Excellent pay, advancement opportunities, amazing people. SMG associates are able to be engaged and invest in their local communities as well as being respected globally and having opportunities to engage in the world-wide arena as a respected industry leader.

      Cons

      Highly demanding seasonal work. Can be stressful adapting to changing weather conditions and changing environmental regulations.

      Salary- less than 0.5% of sales generated Bonus- based on company and district results not individual contribution Promotions based on who you know vs. qualifications & performance Raises- non-existent or if you do get one, it's minimal and far less than cost of living so the longer you work here, the less you make
