      Toxic all consuming workplace with a bully culture

      Pros

      Building relationships with Store managers and consumers, selling to drive sales, nice polo shirts and a strong house of brands

      Cons

      Managed by fear. No work life balance, You could never do enough and were held responsible for everything wrong in every store at the same time, even when working 10-15 hours days, traveling 700-1000 miles/week, 6 sometimes 7 days a week. It is a fairly tough job physically but it's really brutally mentally. If you don't have anxiety, this job is definitely the one to give it to you.

      Pros

      Compensation and benefits were solid.

      Cons

      Months of harassment by HR trying to enforce experimental drugs; refused personal/religious exemptions while hiding behind their team of lawyers. Executive team are cowards and all that remain are corporate ‘yes men/women’.

      Pros

      Lots of flexibility in sales manager role. Company car is a big perk. It was great to be working in a different store every day .

      Cons

      Lots of admin work to do after you get home from the stores in the sales manager position . It's tough to find a work /life balance when your office is in your home. Also it's really tough to move up in the company if you cannot move multiple times . Also the last few years it became very difficult to find people to work .
