      Extremely flexible, tons of autonomy, chance to network with big box hardware stores. Simple work. Opens the door for other retail merchandiser jobs. Company phone, tool bag, clothing. This is overall a fun job that is perfect for those seeking side employment or dip their toe in merchandising or retail.

      Cons

      Some heavy lifting, dealing with barely functioning Department Managers. Season work with let's face it no room for advancement.

      Like my coworkers, they have lots of fun events, employee discount. Know more about lawn care then I'd ever really care to know

      Cons

      Other people can slack on their job but the managers never say anything to them. They don't give raises like they should
