      Pros

      The company gives you a lot of time off. Benefits are good.

      Cons

      You work outside in the heat. During busy season, you will be working 12-hour shifts from November until July. Atmosphere is not that great either. The plant is very dirty.

      Your given basic directions of whats expected, you work at your own pace sometimes with coworkers but usually by yourself.

      Cons

      When off season comes around the amount of work depletes so if your not full time your gonna want to start looking for another job once summer starts cooling down.

      Lots of flexibility in sales manager role. Company car is a big perk. It was great to be working in a different store every day .

      Cons

      Lots of admin work to do after you get home from the stores in the sales manager position . It's tough to find a work /life balance when your office is in your home. Also it's really tough to move up in the company if you cannot move multiple times . Also the last few years it became very difficult to find people to work .
