      Pros

      Great people and vendors to work with (at the level of the people who get things done), quality brands, beautiful grounds, nice benefits and a mostly free health/fitness center.

      Cons

      Frequent changes of upper management, as soon as everyone learns how to work with the new leaders, everything changes again. Frequent re-organizing and lay-offs at lower levels create chaos and a fear based culture as you never know when you will be next. High expectations but loyalty and long hours are not appreciated or rewarded. Review process was a complex mystery.

      Pros

      Benefits are fantastic, the full gym, lots of half-day Fridays during the summer, good health insurance and wellness benefits for those who are healthy. There are little pockets of high-performers in each department, once you find them, it makes working here a lot better. Compensation is very competitive.

      Cons

      The culture is stuck in the dark ages - they're not flexible, open or communicative with their associates. People hoard information and there is little trust across the organization. This is not the place for young professionals/millennials who need more than a 8-5 and want real engagement and real, quick results.
